Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
Customers should maintain accurate subscription details and pay bills on time.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate pricing, delivery records, and customer information.
Payments are processed through supported payment providers. BilLynk may facilitate payments but is not a bank.
QR codes are intended only for legitimate customer onboarding.
Accounts may be suspended for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
BilLynk provides the platform and is not responsible for disputes arising solely from offline transactions between vendors and customers, except where required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
